The
incredible moving bump
Ok, everybody knows that the loveable and incredibly prissy C-3PO
got hit in the head by a Tusken Raider (Sand People). He then spends
the rest of the movie with that bump on his head. 3PO, during the
climactic Yavin battle at the end of the movie, spends his time
with Princess Leia and General Dodonna in the Massassi Base. Well,
keep your eyes peeled during this scene because during a brief close-up,
3PO's bump switches sides and appears on the wrong side of his head!
Say
what Mark?
Luke blows up the Death Star with the help of his pal Han Solo.
When he comes back to the Massassi Base, he is welcomed by cheers
from the relieved Rebels. As Mark Hamill steps out of the cockpit
and uses the ladder to get down, Carrie Fisher comes running along
and screams "Luke!" to our hero. Then listen closely as Mark's reply
comes out as "Carrie!", her real name not her character's.
Should
have used Energizers!
Darth Vader kills Ben Kenobi in a powerful scene where everybody
gets together in a huge hangar. When Luke screams to his mentor
out of rage for his death and begins shooting like crazy, Vader
walks towards the action but the blast door closes on him. Watch
closely because as Vader walks, his saber's glow disappears and
we only see the rod on which the glow was painted on!
The
Teleporting Droid

...[In] the scene with the jawas selling the droids to Uncle Owen.
They try to sell the red droid (R5-D4)but it breaks down between
the sandcrawler and the farm, right? Well the next shot is of R2-D2
from the side and there next to him is that red droid!!

Now we go to the Death Star. A squad of stormtroopers break into
the control room where R2 and C-3PO are hiding. As the door slides
open one of the troopers bangs his head.

In A New Hope, C-3PO says near the beginning "There will be no escape
for the Princess this time." Then later, when R2 is showing the
holo-glitch of Leia, 3PO doesn't know who she is.
